Herbal Hemp

Hemp Herbal Tea Blend is an extraordinary infusion from start to finish. It contains, among other ingredients, the finest quality Hemp Leaves, as well as Camomile flowers and Fennel.

Brimming with exceptional taste and health-beneficial cannabidiol (CBD), there is nothing not to like with this fascinating brew. Best of all, we pack it fresh to order here at our Kent-based factory.

If you’re choosing Hemp Herbal Tea Blend for its flavour, expect sweet, grassy, herbaceous notes evoking images of summer-time meadows. If, however, you’re here for its medicinal qualities, then this beverage might boost the immune system and improve gastrointestinal function. There is even the possibility of it helping with insomnia and promoting wound healing!

Hemp Tea Facts

  • Hemp comes from the coarse bushy plant known as Cannabis sativa.

  • It originates from the Indian subcontinent.

  • People have used Hemp for some 10,000 years.

  • It has long provided raw materials for paper, textiles, rope for ships, medicine and oil.

  • During the 20th century, consuming the plant became socially controversial.

  • Today, new methods of breeding and selection have made it widespread once more.

CBD and THC – What’s The Difference?

CBD stands for “cannabidiol”, which is one of the most prevalent cannabinoids found in the trichomes of the female cannabis plant and hemp. Unlike THC, it isn’t psychoactive and, as such, doesn’t have any side effects.

THC, meanwhile, means “tetrahydrocannabinol”. This is the cannabis compound that creates the famous “high” – one that is found only in trace amounts in our Hemp Herbal Tea Blend.

Indeed, the term “Hemp” refers to a variety of Cannabis that contains 0.3% or less THC content (by dry weight). In comparison, the term “Marijuana” applies to any type to contain more than 0.3% (by dry weight) and can thus induce psychotropic or euphoric effects.

Hemp Herbal Tea Blend is the former of the two. What it lacks in “high”, it makes up for in health benefits.

Such is its allure that it has since become one of our most popular infusions. We pack it fresh to order – like all of our 1,000 types of Loose Leaf Tea – thus ensuring quality and consistency. What’s not to like?

Ingredients in this Blend

You’re probably keen to know what components make up our Arctic Fire Black Tea. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the base ingredient is China Black Tea.

We then blend the likes of mango, papaya, Cornflowers Tea and peppermint to create a match made in heaven. It is as beautiful in its pre-brewed appearance as it is delicious once made into an invigorating cuppa.
